About Aurizon Graduates: 

  • We are seeking Graduates who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their technical capability
  • Graduates who want to grow their career in Aurizon and are flexible to work in the regional communities where Aurizon operates
  • Have ambition and demonstrate both exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.  Most importantly have the passion and drive to succeed
  • You must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or higher qualification that is bachelor level or above, and completed your relevant qualification by December 2026

Graduate Opportunities – 2027 Intake

Engineering Graduates

  • Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering disciplines
  • Opportunities within Bulk Operations and Asset Management Services
  • Exposure to operational, maintenance, reliability and engineering projects
  • Structured rotations across sites and teams

Location: Forrestfield (WA)


Business Analyst / Commercial Graduates

  • Commerce, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
  • Roles supporting customer outcomes, commercial decision‑making and enterprise initiatives
  • Development of skills in data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and operational performance
  • Rotational exposure across customer, commercial and corporate teams

Locations: Brisbane (QLD), Keswick (SA)


Finance Graduates

  • Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Exposure across financial reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering
  • Opportunities to rotate across finance teams supporting operational and corporate portfolios

Locations: Rockhampton (QLD), Brisbane (QLD)
