Nicole Allder

Experience

Nicole Allder was appointed Company Secretary in February 2023, having joined Aurizon as a Legal Counsel in 2018.  She has over 20 years’ experience in providing in-house legal and company secretariat services. Prior to joining Aurizon, Nicole held positions at ASX listed companies including General Counsel & Company Secretary at CSG Limited, and Deputy Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at the Virgin Australia Group.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
